What an experience! Greeted with a smile and immediate conversation with other customers greeted as they walked in by their first name and the energy level was up and positive!
I was I to ally going to see if they could just help me and fix my vacuum real quick bc I needed it for my business. Within 15 seconds I forgot about that vacuum and was engulfed with the feeling that I belonged there and that they would take care of me, not to mention one of the BEST vacuums I have EVER used!
Everyone needs one and everyone needs to go experience what I did when I entered the BALLWIN Vacuum Store.
