Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What's the difference between the SEBO Dart and the SEBO Felix?
A: Both use the same ET-1 electric power head, so cleaning performance on carpet is identical. The Felix adds a parquet brush for hard floors, a longer cord, and more onboard attachments. The Dart is the streamlined commercial-duty version - same German build quality at a lower price.

Q: Is the SEBO Dart good for commercial use?
A: Yes. The Dart is built to SEBO's commercial standards with a rugged body and a commercial-grade power head. It's a popular choice for offices, churches, and rental properties, and it works just as well in homes.

Q: Is the SEBO Dart good for pet hair?
A: Yes. The ET-1 power head is one of the best in the industry for pulling embedded pet hair from carpet, and the Dart's commercial-grade brushroll holds up to heavy shedding.

Q: How long does a SEBO Dart last?
A: SEBO machines are built in Germany and routinely run 15-20 years. As an authorized SEBO dealer, Ballwin Vacuum Center registers your Dart for SEBO's extended warranty: 10 years on the motor, 10 years on non-wear parts, 7 years on labor.

Q: Is the Dart bagged or bagless?
A: Bagged, using 3.5-liter AeraPure bags with hospital-grade filtration. Bags keep dust sealed away and are inexpensive to replace.
