I took my Dyson there that the battery would only last 5 minutes. They told me that the new battery would last about the same 2/3 years or I could buy my Meile...best cordless ever, so I went back bought a corded Sebo...use it on my new carpet awesome vacuum.
Bought a used Riccar for my daughter and took it to Ballwin Vacuum...could have had a bad motor or a fan...but called back and it needed a good cleaning. These people are honest and just great people...Dana
