SEBO K3 vs. E3: Which Canister Should You Buy?

Both are German-made SEBO canisters. Both have the ET-1 power head, the parquet brush, and S-Class HEPA filtration. So what's the $200 difference — and which one belongs in your house?

The short version

The K3 ($949) is the compact canister: lighter, smaller, easier to carry up stairs and store in a closet. The E3 ($1,149) is the full-size flagship: bigger bag, longer cord with a rewinder, and more refined controls. Same legendary SEBO durability in both.

Choose the K3 if…

You want SEBO quality in a smaller package. It's easier to lift, easier to store, and $200 less — while giving up very little in actual cleaning power. For apartments, smaller homes, or anyone who carries the vacuum between floors, the K3 is the sweet spot.

Choose the E3 if…

You want the best canister SEBO makes. The bigger bag means fewer changes, the cord rewinder is one of those features you didn't know you needed, and the handle suction control plus 180° steering make it the smoothest-driving canister in the lineup. For larger homes, it's worth the $200.

The bottom line

You can't buy the wrong one here — both will outclean and outlast anything in the big-box aisle. It comes down to size and budget: compact and $949, or full-size flagship at $1,149.
